all ference|kämmer bags and accessories are designed and handmade by me, leigh ference-kämmer. for the same price as any given model, I will also custom design you a bag. f|k fabrics can be found in the customize-it section of this site.
privacy policy
ference|kämmer does not sell any names nor exchange names with any third parties. all personal information will remain private and only used for shipping, billing and email newsletter purposes. your privacy is important. you can shop with confidence knowing that your information is safe with our transactions being handled through PayPal, ference|kämmer never sees your personal information.
the contract
the contract comes into effect once the goods have been dispatched. this takes place without further notice. your order will immediately be confirmed via email once you have placed it, however, the right is reserved to check your order internally. in exceptional cases it cannot be guaranteed to send you the goods.
delivery
delivery by mail should reach you within 12 business days.
delivery cost
the delivery cost regarding freight, packaging and insurance amounts is stated below. this amount will be charged once per order.

we do ship to countries outside the e.u.* the shipping cost for one to five items is 19.90 euros. before you click on the 'make-it-mine' button, please change the drag-down menu to read 'international'. if you would like to place an order for more than 5 items, please send an email to leigh@ference-kaemmer.com.
please select your shipping destination on the drag-down menu to have the correct freight cost amount added to your purchase. your products will be sent directly to the supplied delivery address. larger shipments may have to be collected at your local post-office*.

if you prefer, the goods can be delivered to an address other than your main address. please send an email to leigh@ference-kaemmer.com with the alternate address and a brief description of your order.

all necessary personal details will be recorded by ference|kämmer at the time of your order and we assure you that they will be handled trustworthily. should you change your place of residence, it is kindly asked of you to inform us as soon as possible.
payment
all prices are listed in euros, here is a currency converter if you need one - http://x-rates.com/calculator.html. ference|kämmer accepts credit card payment via paypal and will be happy to process visa and mastercard. the goods remain the property of ference|kämmer until payment has been fully completed. returned goods will be immediately removed from your account and the corresponding credit-value transferred to your credit-card issuer via paypal.
washing and care
it is recommended that our products are spot washed with cool water and a mild detergent, hung and air dried. do not machine wash or iron.
f|k is not responsible for damage due to ordinary wear and tear.
colors
colors do not reproduce on a computer screen with 100% accuracy.
notice of right of return
ference|kämmer recommends that the original packing be used to return the goods, and is unable to provide additional or alternative packing materials for the return of goods.
through the utilization of the right of return, both parties are bound to return all aspects of the goods, services or payment made, received or exchanged. in the case of goods damaged upon return, a sum corresponding to the devaluing caused by the damages will be claimed. you are able to avoid the above damage-claim sum by not treating the goods in the manner of the owner of said goods and by not using them in any way which may devalue their worth. once goods have been returned according to the outlined rights of return, there will no longer exist a contract of purchase. this right of return does not affect your statutory rights.
return service
you may return the delivered goods without reason within 14 days of receipt. return of items will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order or relevant part of your order. this trial period of 14 days begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods. the length of the trial includes the time required to return the goods. if the value of the goods is 40 euros or below, they will be returned at your cost and risk. all original shipping costs will not be refunded unless f|k is at fault (i.e. wrong or damaged item shipped).
